Birth Doula Support
Starting at $2200 * - A birth doula supports a birthing person physically and emotionally before, during, and after labor and birth. I work with you and your birth companion to prepare you for a positive birth experience. I support you and your birth companion to make educated, empowered, and informed decisions. I share knowledge and techniques to keep you more comfortable during pregnancy and labor.
Free Initial consultation with you and your partner
2 Prenatal meetings in the comfort of your own home - approx. 2 hours each
Includes birth preference planning, comfort measures, advocacy education and more.
Homebirth clients - I am available to attend your in-home meeting around 36 weeks with your midwifery team.
Unlimited phone/text/virtual chats throughout pregnancy
On Call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks & one week after birth
Access to childbirth education tools, library & Evidence Based Birth resources
Experienced and insured back-up doulas
Continuous labor and birth support (no limit)
Support for 1-2 hours after birth including lactation guidance (2 hour minimum for photography clients)
1 postpartum visit including lactation support & feeding assessment
**Complimentary postpartum infant photos 3-5 images
Unlimited 24/7 feeding postpartum virtual support for the 7 days following birth

$50 travel fee outside of Franklin County
*Inquire for more doula support package options. Repeat doula clients receive a 10% discount. Homebirth clients receive a $100 discount. BIPOC client receive a 5% discount . Clients taking childbirth education with Aly receive a discount.

$300 - Five 2.5 - 3 hour HypnoBirthingⓇ classes. Classes are held in Gahanna at Proactive Health & Wellness.
