I’m passionate about birth because every birthing person deserves to feel heard, respected, supported and centered during their experience.

My own experience with a birth doula in 2016 inspired me to offer the same kind of support to you. It’s so important to me that you (and your birth companion) feel confident, educated, and supported during such a life-changing experience.

I am a Certified Doula through DONA International, a HypnoBirthing® Certified Educator, Evidence Based Birth® Instructor, and a Certified Lactation Counselor. I also love telling your story through birth photography.

Besides my private doula service, I’m a Mount Carmel Birth Doula. The program is open to any birthing person who would like support at a Mount Carmel hospital in the Columbus area (St. Ann’s, East, & Grove City). I work with a wonderful group of birth doulas.

I support all family units and feel passionate about continuing to learn about how to dismantle racism and obstetric violence in the birth room. See a list of some of my continuing education training and certifications below.

I live in Columbus with my husband, two daughters, and rescue dogs Thunder and Giuseppe The Juice. We love to travel, camp, and spend time with friends.
